Currently working with Chitral Community Development Network (CCDN) as a manager. CCDN is the District representative Organization of 20 registered LSO,s ( Local Support Organizations) within Chitral. As a manager my responsibility is to monitor the 20 LSO,s of CCDN. To look their working to do Advocacy, Lobbing, with different donor agencies and make road map for the donor agencies to work together with these LSO,s. these LSO,s are working in every union council of district Chitral.

As Monitoring Officer I was assigned monitoring field visits and coordinating, evaluation and reporting activities. To ensure timely and effective field monitoring, documentation and field level reports associated with the project and report to the concerned authorities. The monitoring officer is responsible for implementing and designing the monitoring activities of the project. To assist M&E manager in preparing Monthly, Quarterly and Annual reports on project progress. To conduct field monitoring on a regular basis, develop and maintain the MIS of the project.
As monitoring officer, I was directly reported to the Head of monitoring in-country level.

As Consultant Manager my duties are effective planning, controlling, organizing, and implementation of project activities assigned to me. Beside these managing the office Resources (both human and physical) are also my duties.
